First: the ability to adapt
The successful team member must quickly adapt to the circumstances of the company or the project in which he works. The speed of adaptation is commensurate with the speed of achieving success for the project or the desired goals, because slowness in dealing with any change may afflict the company and the project with great frustration, which may cause its failure, God forbid.
Second: good communication skills
The golden characteristic and it is called (communication skills) and it is the link between every member of the team because the person who finds slow communication with the team may hinder dealing at the multiple levels or administrative hierarchy within the company. The higher the good communication skills, the beautiful team spirit appears and the whole project becomes a family. One and a solution to belonging as a fuel to motivate
Third: Respect and help others
Respect within the team is one of the most important features, because contempt of points of view may frustrate the team or one of the members within the company and the project, which may make him stop creativity and create new opportunities in his field.
Fourth: Entrepreneurial spirit

Finally, not all the qualities that make the team successful are the ones I mentioned in my blog this time, but I think that the team needs more of your cooperation as a leader and your initiative in creating creative spaces and mutual respect for the ambition of each individual without diminishing the vision of the company or project.
